  • At DZN 1:1, we are committed to providing high-quality mentorship experiences. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, so we offer the following return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction:

    1. Mentorship Program Cancellation:

    • Before Program Start:

      • If you need to cancel your participation in the DZN 1:1 Mentorship Program, you may do so for a full refund, provided that the cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the program's scheduled start date.

    • Within the First Session:

      • If you decide that the program is not the right fit for you after attending the first session, you may request a partial refund of 75% of the total program fee. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours after the first session.

    2. No Refunds After the First Session:

    • Beyond the First Session:
      • Once you have participated in more than one session, no refunds will be provided. The program is designed to deliver value over time, and continued participation indicates your commitment to the mentorship journey.

    3. Rescheduling Sessions:

    • Missed Sessions:
      • If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

    4. Exceptional Circumstances:

    • Health and Emergencies:
      • In cases of medical emergencies or other significant, unforeseen circumstances, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.

    5. How to Request a Refund:

    • Refund Process:
      • To request a refund, please contact us at info@creativeshavenstudio.com. Include your name, program start date, and reason for the refund request. All refund requests will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

    6. Changes to This Policy:

    • Policy Updates:
      • DZN 1:1 reserves the right to modify this return and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to current participants via email and will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
